Some purchases require more involvement than a physical assessment alone. I manage the communication surrounding the inspection, keep you informed as the assessment develops and help you understand what should happen next.

I communicate directly with the seller, request the relevant information and coordinate access to the vehicle for the physical assessment.
Complete Elite PPI
The vehicle is assessed in person, including its condition, key systems, diagnostic data, available history and documentation.
Detailed Buyer Report and Updates
You receive direct updates as the assessment develops, followed by a structured buyer report and an online gallery of supporting photographs.
Continued Purchase Guidance
We discuss the findings privately, address relevant follow-up questions and determine what should happen before you make your buying decision.

Concierge Advisory includes the Elite PPI and remains subject to the same inspection limitations.
The physical assessment is non-invasive and based on the vehicle’s accessible areas, available documentation and condition at the time of inspection. It cannot guarantee the absence of hidden, intermittent or future faults.
The exact scope is confirmed before booking. Travel, accommodation and other necessary third-party costs are quoted separately.

The Elite PPI is a non-invasive assessment. It does not include dismantling components, internal engine or gearbox inspection, compression testing, fluid analysis or manufacturer-level workshop procedures.
Hidden, intermittent or future faults cannot be ruled out. Any limitations or areas requiring specialist verification will be clearly identified in the report.

Underbody access depends on the vehicle’s location and the facilities available. If a lift is required or recommended, this must be arranged in advance and may involve an additional workshop cost.

A road test is completed where the vehicle, seller, insurance, weather and local conditions allow. If a road test cannot be performed, this will be stated in the report.

Yes. The vehicle is scanned using suitable diagnostic equipment where access and compatibility allow.

I review the documentation and information made available to me. I cannot guarantee that the records are complete or independently verify every event in the vehicle’s history.
Missing information, inconsistencies and points requiring confirmation will be highlighted.

Yes. With your permission, I can coordinate access and practical arrangements with the seller while continuing to act solely in your interest.

The buyer report and photograph gallery are normally delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the assessment. You can then discuss the findings and next steps with me privately.

No. The assessment reflects the vehicle’s accessible condition and available information at the time. It reduces uncertainty but is not a warranty, valuation or guarantee against future faults.

Travel is quoted separately based on the vehicle’s location. The quote may include transport, accommodation, local travel and other necessary expenses.
All travel costs are agreed before the booking is confirmed. No travel arrangements are made until the service and travel quote have been accepted.

The inspection fee and travel arrangements are subject to the cancellation terms confirmed at booking. Non-refundable travel costs already incurred cannot be refunded.

Travel and Additional Costs
Travel and accommodation are quoted separately based on the vehicle’s location and the requirements of the assignment.
Flights, accommodation, ferries and other necessary third-party costs are additional when required. All costs are confirmed before booking.
The exact scope and final price are confirmed before booking. The physical assessment is visual and non-invasive. Findings reflect the condition of the vehicle on the inspection date and do not constitute a warranty or roadworthiness test.
