Kruvion is a premium inspection and concierge service specializing in pre-purchase evaluations, seller trust certificates, and dealership support for premium and exotic vehicles.
Our services are fully independent, unbiased, and crafted to help you make confident decisions.
How does the process work?
Each booking begins with a short intake — you provide vehicle details, location, and purpose.
We schedule the on-site visit, perform all evaluations, and deliver a detailed digital report with professional insights, photos, and diagnostic notes.Where do you operate?
Kruvion is based in Skåne, Sweden, with primary coverage across the southern region and Gothenburg area, both served without additional travel charges.
We also perform inspections in Stockholm and other parts of Sweden, where reasonable travel or logistical fees may apply depending on distance and scheduling.
A dedicated Stockholm base is planned for the future, ensuring faster response times and a local presence for clients in central Sweden.How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred slot, especially for longer-distance or multi-vehicle inspections.Can you inspect cars abroad?
Yes — international inspections are available on request. Travel and logistics are quoted individually based on distance and timeframe.Which vehicles do you specialize in?
We focus on premium, performance, and exotic cars — typically Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Mercedes-AMG, BMW M, and similar.
Other enthusiast or collector cars can be reviewed upon request.How do I book an inspection?

2. FOR BUYERS
What’s included in a Kruvion inspection?
Depending on your chosen package, our inspections include:- Visual and structural assessment
- Paint and surface evaluation
- Interior and electronics check
- Diagnostic scan (where applicable)
- Documentation and service record review
- Dynamic test drive (if permitted)
- Professional summary and observationsHow long does each inspection take?
Inspection times vary depending on the package and vehicle type:Prestige – approx. 1.5 to 2 hours
Elite – approx. 3 to 4 hours
Concierge – duration varies depending on the vehicle and your specific request, typically involving extended diagnostics, documentation review, and personalized advisory.
Each session includes both on-site work and detailed report preparation afterwards.
Clients are welcome to attend or receive progress updates during the process.
What is a remote pre-check?
A remote pre-check is an initial evaluation carried out before any on-site inspection is scheduled.It typically includes:
- Listing and photo review
- VIN and available service data check
- Vehicle history review (CarVertical)
- Red-flag assessment based on known issues and context
The goal is to confirm that the vehicle is worth inspecting on site.What is the difference between Elite and Concierge?
This is the most important distinction.Elite Inspection
Elite is a deeper technical inspection and advisory service.
Kruvion inspects and analyses the vehicle in greater depth
Findings are interpreted and explained to you
You remain responsible for seller communication and next steps
Elite is ideal if you want expert interpretation, but still manage the process yourself.Concierge Inspection
Concierge is buyer representation.
Kruvion acts as your point of contact with the seller
Inspection access, timing, and logistics are handled on your behalf
You receive live input during the inspection if issues arise
Kruvion supports negotiation and closing decisions based on findings
Concierge is ideal if you want minimum involvement and maximum support.Do you provide repair estimates or quotations?
No. Kruvion is an independent evaluator, not a workshop.
However, our findings can help you obtain accurate quotations or negotiate pricing.Do you provide market value advice?
While we don’t issue formal valuations, each report includes market context notes for realistic insight on value and condition.Can you attend the handover or negotiate on my behalf?
Yes, included within the Concierge package or available on request, covering documentation verification and representation during vehicle delivery. -
3. FOR SELLERS
What is a Trust Certificate?
The Kruvion Trust Certificate is a simplified, credibility-focused version of our inspection report. Confirming the car’s condition, documentation, and presentation for marketing purposes.
How long is the Trust Certificate valid?
Typically 30 days, as condition may change. Renewals or quick follow-ups are available for ongoing listings.Can Kruvion help prepare my car for sale?
Yes, we can coordinate presentation, photography, and waterless detailing to ensure your car looks its best prior to listing.Is the Trust Certificate legally binding?
No. It serves as a credibility document, not a guarantee.
It reflects the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.Can I combine services?
Absolutely. Many clients choose to combine services. For example, an Elite inspection followed by a Trust Certificate.
We can tailor combined packages to suit your needs. -
4. FOR DEALERSHIPS & EVENTS
How can Kruvion support my dealership?
We help dealerships enhance transparency and buyer confidence through:
- Batch vehicle inspections and reports
- Volume or retainer pricing (10 / 20 cars per month)
- Future “Kruvion Trusted Dealer” badge and listing on kruvion.com (planned 2026)
- Future access to international buyer network (planned 2026–2027)Do you offer partnership or retainer models?
Yes, dealership partners can access priority scheduling, volume rates, and ongoing condition reporting through tailored agreements.What about event preparation or presentation?
We provide on-site event preparation, waterless detailing, and show-ready presentation for automotive events, photo shoots, or private gatherings.
Pricing is bespoke to event type and vehicle count. -
5. PAYMENT, BOOKING & REPORTS
How do I pay for my inspection?
After you submit an inspection request, Kruvion reviews the vehicle details and sends a secure payment link to confirm the booking.Once payment is completed:
- A remote pre-check is performed (where applicable)
- Kruvion coordinates inspection access and scheduling
- The inspection proceeds as agreed
- Payments are handled digitally via card or Swish.For corporate, dealership, or event-based services, payment is handled by invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
Do you require deposits?
Yes. Full payment is required to secure the inspection.This ensures availability, covers preparation and pre-check work, and allows Kruvion to coordinate seller access on your behalf.
If a vehicle does not pass the remote pre-check, only the pre-check fee applies and the remaining amount is refunded in accordance with our terms.
(Cancellation policy remains: free up to 48h; late cancellations may incur a partial fee to cover prep/travel.)
Do you provide business invoices with VAT?
Yes, all invoices include full company details and VAT number.
Please provide billing information when booking.Can I cancel or reschedule my inspection?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.
Later cancellations may incur a partial fee to cover travel and preparation.When will I receive my report?
Reports are delivered within 24–48 hours after the inspection, depending on package level.
Concierge clients may receive an immediate summary on-site.Is my inspection report confidential?
Yes, all inspection data and reports are treated as strictly confidential and protected under GDPR.Who owns the report?
All reports remain the intellectual property of Kruvion Automotive Concierge.
Clients are licensed to use and share them for private purposes, provided content remains unaltered and credited. -
6. LEGAL, DATA & DISCLAIMERS
Is Kruvion a licensed workshop?
No. Kruvion is an independent automotive evaluation and advisory firm, not a repair or maintenance facility.Are inspection results guaranteed?
No. Inspections reflect the condition at the time of assessment and cannot predict future wear, damage, or undisclosed issues.Does Kruvion assume liability for post-purchase defects?
No. Kruvion’s evaluations are advisory and non-warranty. All purchase decisions remain the client’s responsibility.Can Kruvion use inspection photos for marketing?
Only with the client’s written consent. Some anonymized images may be used for educational or portfolio purposes if approved.How is client data handled?
All client data is processed in accordance with GDPR and securely stored.
