FAQ

  • 1. GENERAL & PROCESS

What is Kruvion? Kruvion is an independent automotive advisory service specialising in pre-purchase inspections and trust certificates for premium and exotic vehicles. One specialist. No franchise. No subcontractors.

What makes Kruvion different? Every engagement is handled personally by the founder. With a background in hypercar engineering and advanced prototyping, the standard applied to every inspection reflects what the industry's most demanding vehicles require. Independent, unbiased, and fully focused on your interests.

Where do you operate? Kruvion is based in Skåne, Sweden. On-site inspections within Skåne & Gothenburg carry no travel charge. Stockholm and Mälardalen carry a fixed travel fee of 2 900 SEK. Inspections beyond Stockholm are quoted individually. International inspections are available on request.

How far in advance should I book? 3 to 5 days is recommended to secure your preferred slot. For longer distances or time-sensitive purchases, earlier is better.

Which vehicles do you specialise in? Premium, performance, and exotic cars. Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Mercedes-AMG, BMW M, and similar. Other collector or enthusiast vehicles can be discussed on request.

How do I enquire? Submit an enquiry via kruvion.com. I review the details personally and contact you as soon as possible, within 24 hours, with a suggested inspection date and payment link. Once payment is confirmed, the engagement proceeds.

  • 2. FOR BUYERS

How does the process work? You submit an enquiry with the vehicle details. I review your enquiry and contact you with a suggested date and payment link. Once payment is confirmed, I conduct a remote review of the vehicle before any on-site visit is arranged. If the vehicle passes the remote review, we proceed to the on-site inspection. You receive a structured report with findings and clear advisory.

What is the remote review? Before every on-site inspection, I conduct a remote review of the listing, photos, VIN, and available vehicle history. This protects both parties from wasting time on a vehicle with significant undisclosed issues. If disqualifying issues are identified at this stage, the inspection fee is refunded minus a 900 SEK remote review charge.

What is the difference between Elite and Concierge? Elite is a deeper technical inspection. I inspect, analyse, and advise. You manage the seller relationship yourself.

Concierge is full buyer representation. I coordinate directly with the seller, handle inspection access and scheduling, provide live updates during the inspection, and support negotiation and closing. You stay informed. I handle everything else.

How long does an inspection take? Prestige: approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Elite: approximately 3 to 4 hours. Concierge: varies depending on vehicle and situation.

Report delivery is within 24 to 48 hours after the inspection.

Do you provide repair estimates? No. Kruvion is an independent evaluator, not a workshop. Findings from the report can be used to obtain accurate quotations or support price negotiation.

Can I attend the inspection? Yes. You are welcome to attend or receive progress updates during the process.

Are results guaranteed? No. Inspections reflect the condition of the vehicle at the time of assessment. They cannot predict future wear or undisclosed issues. All purchase decisions remain the client's responsibility.

  • 3. FOR SELLERS

What is the Kruvion Trust Certificate? An independent inspection of your vehicle conducted personally by Kruvion. You receive a full inspection report as your backing document and a clean branded one-page summary designed for your listing.

It signals one thing clearly to buyers: this seller has nothing to hide.

What is the Sell Booster? Everything included in the Trust Certificate, plus professional photo guidance and shoot setup for your listing, and listing advisory covering what to highlight, what to disclose, and how to position the car for your target buyer.

Ideal for sellers who want both independent credibility and a listing that stands out in a competitive premium market.

How is seller pricing structured? Trust Certificate: 3 900 SEK. Sell Booster: 6 900 SEK.

The same base rate as a buyer-commissioned inspection. The standard is identical. Independence has no discount.

How long is the Trust Certificate valid? 30 days from the date of inspection. Renewals are available for ongoing listings.

Is the Trust Certificate legally binding? No. It is a credibility document reflecting the verified condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. Not a guarantee or warranty.

  • 4. FOR DEALERSHIPS

How can Kruvion support a dealership? Through independent inspections and trust documentation that give buyers confidence without dealer involvement. Batch inspections, volume arrangements, and ongoing advisory relationships are available. Terms are discussed individually based on volume and frequency.

Do you offer retainer or volume pricing? Yes. Dealerships with regular inspection needs can discuss tailored arrangements directly. Contact Kruvion to start that conversation.

  • 5. PAYMENT, BOOKING & REPORTS

How does payment work? After reviewing your enquiry, I contact you with a suggested inspection date and payment link. Full payment is required before the engagement proceeds. Cards and Swish are accepted. Corporate and dealership clients are invoiced.

Do you provide business invoices with VAT? Yes. All invoices include full company details and VAT number. All prices on the website are stated including VAT.

What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed inspection date. Later cancellations may incur a partial fee to cover preparation and travel.

When do I receive my report? Within 24 to 48 hours after the inspection. Concierge clients receive an on-site summary during the process.

Is my report confidential? Yes. All inspection data and reports are treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with GDPR.

Who owns the report? All reports remain the intellectual property of Kruvion Automotive Concierge. Clients are licensed to use and share them for private purposes, provided the content remains unaltered and credited to Kruvion.

  • 6. LEGAL, DATA & DISCLAIMERS

Is Kruvion a licensed workshop? No. Kruvion is an independent automotive evaluation and advisory service, not a repair or maintenance facility.

Can Kruvion use inspection photos for marketing? Only with written consent from the client. Anonymised images may be used for portfolio or educational purposes if approved.
